Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Also featured in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying different areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
